Permit to Work Management (PTW) – Process coordinated safety permits and certificate documents with work orders integrating maintenance and operation personnel.
Safety Work Manager - Capture and control work details from the Q4 work module or other work management system to request and process safety work control documents.
Hazard Identification – Identify work hazards assisted with templates and method statements supported with mobile applets to perform at site location.
Risk Assessment (JSA/JHA/TRA) – Evaluate potential task risks that may be involved in a projected activity, whether natural, man-made or operational.
Operational Risk Manager (ORM) – Often referred to as Operational Risk Assessment (ORA) the system offers a continuous cyclic process which includes risk assessment, cumulative risk, risk decision making, and implementation of risk controls, which results in acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance of risk.
